About Neme

Diagnose with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndome) 2010, Neme struggled with Infertility, weight gain, Pregnancy Induced High Blood Pressure, Gestational Diabetes and several complications of this disorder. She triumphed through a systemic lifestyle changed, successfully reversing her symptoms losing 50kg between 2013 and 2014.

A PCOS Warrior and Educator, devoting years to research and strategies to help women beat this condition and commit to sustainable lifestyle and Nutrition practices that may tackle a lot these symptoms for the long haul.

Neme is a the founder of Respire Fitness and wellness, Respire Health kitchen and a post Partum Wellness Initiative “Make Moms Hot Again”.

She holds an M.Sc in Medical Microbiology and is A certified Nutritionist Coach and Elite Trainer and Eating Behavioural Transformation Specialist from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA)

Neme is married with Three(3) lovely children. As a mom of 3, She is passionate about Balanced Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle for Children and the whole Family.

About The Book

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age. Women with PCOS may have infrequent or prolonged menstrual periods or excess male hormone (androgen) levels. The ovaries may develop numerous small collections of fluid (follicles) and fail to regularly release eggs hence irregular or a lack of ovulation. Medical science is yet to find out the exact cause of PCOS is unknown. Early diagnosis and treatment along with weight loss may reduce the risk of long-term complications such as type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

PCOS affects 1 in10 women of Childbearing age and it is the most common cause of female infertility in the world! Also, 50% of the cases may remain undiagnosed. There is a gaping hole between women with PCOS and adequate information on this condition.This means that in every 100 Women, 10-15 of them are likely to have PCOS. 5 of those women may never know that the condition from which they suffer, the physical symptoms and of course the most devastating manifestation for women who desire to have children, Infertility, can in fact be managed through a synergistic approach of Lifestyle modifications and Medication.
